In the kart in addition to the engine setup
, it is essential to optimize the chassis and the tires on the basis of
the characteristics of the track, on its conditions, and of
the driving style of the driver. This phase is very
critical to every team and driver, so NT-Project
has developed software aimed at giving a direct and concrete aid
for this purpose. The software
Kart Analysis
allows to exploit your acquisition
data to understand easily how is working your
frame chassis and to get fast information on how change
the set-up and the tire pressure to improve the performance. Are
calculated all the fundamental aspects to analyze
the behavior of the frame chassis, from the grip, the load on
wheels, the dynamic camber, the lifting of the wheels,
to understeer or oversteer in entry and exit of corners, etc. |

The data acquisition is essential, and from this,
together with the rider sensations, come out directions
on how to improve the set-up of the racing bike on the
track. To make a correct interpretation of the data
acquired, the technician can only rely on their own
experience and capabilities, and the task is very
arduous. NT-Project has therefore developed a software
that translate the informations acquired by the
acquisition in more readily interpretable technical data
to facilitate the race engineer or the technician in the
analysis and in the subsequent choices of set-up. The
software
Racing Bike Analysis from the data
acquired calculates the dynamic behavior of the racing bike,
allowing an immediate interpretation of the grip
problems and loss of grip. Moreover calculates how the
set-up of the suspension has impacted on the bike and
on the tire temperature in each point of the track. |

The suspensions are fundmentals both to adsorb the
roughness of the ground, both because determine the
balance of the motorbike in the differents driving
situations, and this in racing sector is really
important to obtain the best performance. NT-Project has
therefore studied a software
to see how work the rear suspension depending on the
chosen kinematic, and to see how change the balance of
the motorbike in function of the fork and shock set-up,
both from a point of view static, both in the situations
of driving, acceleration, braking and on corner.
Thanks to the software
Suspension Design therefore could
analyze your set-up and to find new set-up for the
features of the rider, and for the need that there are
track by track. |

SUSPENSIONS CROSS
|

In motocross, the suspensions play a
decisive role, so can evaluate beforehand
how they behave in the driving conditions on
the cross-country track, therefore not only
during braking, cornering and acceleration,
but especially on jumps and on whoops, it is
essential to find the right settings. Thanks
to the software
Suspension Design Cross
you can analyze your set-up and define new
set-ups based on the characteristics of the
track where you must race. Moreover, the
software also allows to identify the
characteristics of the suspensions during
the design phase, in fact it allows to
calculate the behavior of both forks with
traditional springs, and with air springs,
and to analyze all the main mechanisms of
the rear suspension. |
