On the track lap obviously the load and the temperature
conditions change continuosly therefore a full analysis
of the tyre and how the tyre features affects the kart
balance and the setup choices is possible only with our software
Kart Analysis and
SET-UP Kart Simulator, where are
performed calculation that study dinamically the kart
and track features.
Anyway through our calculation models and the
experimental test performed, we've wanted to create this
utility that gives basic indications
also using the data that there are in the homologation
fiche.
The analysis is made in neutral load
conditions that is in the middle of the corner without
braking or accelerations, in
this way you can see the basic balance depending from
the tyres features, and the grip level that you could
have.
Obviously in this conditions the balance is affected also from the yaw
torque because there isn-t the differential, but this
depends from the chassis setup of the kart
Thanks to this utility you can see therefore
the grip level given from the tyres,
the slip angle in the neutral conditions at middle
corner, and which should be the
optimal pressure for the tyre
structure with the load that there is in the middle of
the corner. Obviously this calculation is an
indicative data because the best pressure goes evaluated
taking account of all the load and temeprature
conditions, and for this you can entrust you at our software!

In the homoloation fiche is possible
to have informations both structurals, both geometrics.
For the structure are important the
vertical stiffness and carcass features. For the
carcass also if the features are the same, in function
of the manufacter, or of the production plant, is
possible to have differences for the canvass density in
the matrix. For the purpose of the utility have been
entered the values more usuales in
function of the manufacter, but to make an analysis
more detailed is necessary to
evaluate in the specific each how we make in our
software.
