 YOUNG REED is a software for the calculation of Young's Modulus and density of reed petale. Currently on the market, in addition to the reed petal for the various reed valve, there are sheet of carbon fibers or fiberglass that can be used to build new petals, the problem is that you don't know the technical features of this material and then you must proceed by trial. NT-Project has defined certain patterns of craft instruments, easily achievable, which combined with this software allow you to determine the technical features of the reed petals and then knowing the stiffness and resonant frequency, core values to make the correct choices.
