History
The software SET-UP Carburetor has a constant development both for what concerns the study of the behavior of the elements of each specific carburetor calibration, both for the coupling in relation to the characteristics of the engine. In addition, new models are designed according to market demand or introduction of new categories.
On this page we tell you a little history of this successful
software with version history that followed one another.

I software di NT-Project per
la messa a punto ottimale della carburazione nascono con
delle versioni personalizzate per alcuni team impegnati nei
campionati, italiano, europeo e mondiale di motociclismo 125
e 250 tempi con carburatori Dellorto VHSB39, Dellorto
VHSD41, Dellorto VHSG42, ecc. |

| 2007 |
Da un'idea dell'amico Filippo
nascono le prime versioni commerciali del software
denominato "SET-UP Carburetor" per le categorie dei
campionati kart 60 Baby con carburatore Dellorto PHBN14 e 60
Mini con carburatore Dellorto PHBG18, parallelamente a
questo continuano le collaborazioni con i team
motociclistici con delle versioni esclusive per i
carburatori utilizzati nelle categorie 125 e 250 2 tempi. |

| 2008 |
Visto il successo
tecnico e commerciale e la grande richiesta da parte dei
costruttori, dei meccanici e dei preparatori, vengono creati
i software SET-UP Carburetor anche per le categorie kart 125
con carburatore Dellorto VHSH30 (kz1, kz2, club, italia,
prodriver, vortex junior rok, vortex rok, ecc.), con
carburatore Dellorto VHSB36 (vortex super rok) e con
carburatore Dellorto VHSB34 (rotax max, rotax dd2, ecc.).
Viene inoltre introdotta la versione Pro del software che
consente un ulteriore affinamento della carburazione in base
alle caratteristiche della pista, del veicolo e allo stile
di guida del pilota. Nascono quindi le versioni H-Base e
H-Pro. |

Le continue richieste
ricevute dai diversi settori racing con motori a 2 tempi
(scooter, minimoto, cross, motard, ecc.) spingono NT-Project
a sviluppare il software SET-UP Carburetor anche per altri
carburatori che vengono studiati nel dettaglio sia per la
componentistica di taratura, sia per le specifiche
caratteristiche dei passaggi interni, abbinate alle
caratteristiche dei motori in cui vengono utilizzati, in
modo da offrire software adeguati a trovare la carburazione
ottimale in relazione alle specifiche esigenze di impiego.
Si aggiungono quindi anche software SET-UP Carburetor per
carburatori Keihin e Mikuni, che come noto hanno
caratteristiche molto diverse dai Dellorto. |

Oltre ad un
costante ampliamento della gamma i software SET-UP
Carburetor hanno uno sviluppo continuo per seguire i cambi
di regolamento e le evoluzioni dei motori, per questo motivo
per il settore kart che per molte categorie ha dei vincoli
regolamentari molto ristretti, NT-Project introduce le
versioni dedicate alle specifiche categorie in modo da avere
la massima messa a punto per le specifiche caratteristiche
dei diversi motori. Nascono quindi le versioni J-Base e
J-Pro. |

Nonostante le versioni J del
software SET-UP Carburetor raccolgano già quanto la tecnica
possa offrire per avere uno strumento professionale per la
taratura del carburatore ed avere quindi una carburazione
ottimale in ogni condizione, NT-Project ha voluto spingersi
oltre e creare una versione che oltre a garantire
l'ottimizzazione della taratura, consenta lo studio di nuove
tarature, e questo è fondamentale nelle categorie come la
KZ1 o KZ2 dove la taratura del carburatore è libera, i
livelli di preparazione sono elevatissimi e la competizione
è estremamente serrata, quindi trovare qualcosa di nuovo che
possa dare un qualcosa in più può essere fondamentale per
vincere. Nasce quindi la versione Experience che sarà la
base delle nuove generazioni di software SET-UP Carburetor
che verranno introdotte nel 2015, continuate a seguirci e

Nascono le ultime generazioni
dei software SET-UP Carburetor che raccolgono le esperienze
e gli studi effettuati in oltre 10 anni di corse. Il
software viene proposto nelle versioni Base, Professional,
ed Experience, a seconda delle categorie. Si tratta di un
prodotto ormai consolidato che però negli anni viene
costantamente aggiornato sia grazie ad affinamenti dei
modelli di calcolo, sia per tener conto dei cambiamenti dei
motori, e dei regolamenti. |

For the Rotax
categories where the regulation is very restrictive, we've
introduced the Magic version to optimize the carburation playing on
the tolerances of the different calibration elements of the
carburetor. |

| 2020 |
For the technical level reached, and for the total
satisfaction of the customers, already with the current
versions (Basic, Professional, Experience), and also with
the previous ones, we are at the top, but for our racing
soul, we always want to go over the top for this reason,
for the MINI and KZ kart categories, the POWER version is
born, where a complete dynamic simulation of the carburettor
operation is carried out which integrates the calculations
of the air-fuel ratio, the response speed, and the
atomization of the mixture, allowing to see the
effectiveness of the carburetor setting in every point of
the track, and in every operating condition, and therefore
to optimize it to the maximum, finding those corrections
otherwise impossible to see, but that allow to file those
tenths, hundredths, or thousandths, which in these
categories really make the difference !!! |
